Here's a verse from Bhagavad Gita(2-47)
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन ।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥
Your right is to action alone,
Not to its fruits at any time.
Never should they move you to act,
Or be attached to inaction.
Bhagavad Gita shows us the way to true liberation by integrating the mind, the body and soul. Its difficult to understand concepts like universal soul, what is meant by liberation or what exactly is integrating mind, body and soul.
Its requires the reader to think on an all-together different level,to read with an open and unbaised mind keeping his prejudices aside. This requires the reader to go through it several times before he starts to get an inkling as to what the Bhagavad Gita really means. The Bhagavad Gita is open for interpretations and there are several translations available on net.
Its important that the readers understand the depth of its philosophy and integrate it into their consciousness.
